Welcome to Commitment Physical Therapy, experienced provider of rehabilitation services. We are a freestanding outpatient physical therapy facility that is privately owned and operated by physical therapists that work in cooperation with physicians to help patients reach their full potential for recovery. Our therapists are licensed professionals who specialize in the treatment of orthopedic, sports injuries and neurological disorders. They receive ongoing training to update therapeutic and manual skills, and are active in continuing education programs.

Rehabilitation Services: Our physical therapy rehabilitation services range from acute muscle strain to a ruptured disc. Commitment Physical Therapy can help you progress through a rehabilitation program to meet your goals. You will have an initial evaluation, be instructed in exercises and pain relieving techniques and modalities as well as be given a home exercise program.
