Coverage and Insurance Information

Each patient's health insurance company is billed as a courtesy. We accept most major medical insurance plans. Our staff will provide you with your benefit information.

• We will work with your insurance to provide your patient with the best service possible.

And, if the patient does not carry insurance, we will be more than happy to work out a reasonable monthly payment plan with him/her. We will work with the patients on an individual basis, according to their needs and plans.

Please call our office at 708-361-8052 if your insurance is not listed. We are constantly negotiating with insurance organizations to allow their participants access to our facility. We will only contact with insurance providers that will allow us to provide patients with the level of care that they deserve.
